Founded in 1983, Precision Machine Controls, Inc. is located in a new 15,000 sq. ft engineering/manufacturing facility in North Jackson, Ohio. PMC is a controls, engineered drives and computer systems integrator that has been providing industrial, process, and computer control systems to both OEMs and manufacturers locally and globally for over fifteen years. PMC has unique systems experience in the steel, aluminum, forging, stamping, forming, material handling, rubber and plastic industries while also successfully completing many projects in the food, dairy, pharmaceutical and other process industries. PMC has over 400 man-years of engineering experience.

PMC is an authorized Allen-Bradley controls and engineered drive systems integrator, as well as a qualified VAR for many industry leaders including Motorola, National Instruments, Giddings & Lewis, Hewlett Packard, Compaq, Microsoft, and Novell.

Our Level I experience includes process control, machine control, servo systems, AC and DC drive systems, and combustion control. This is augmented with a strong background in all types of computer systems from high speed real-time VME based data acquisition and control systems to PLC and PC based systems.

Our Level II experience includes individual human machine interface to PC based Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) fiber optic networks. PMC provides process control and data management systems that extend from the shop floor to the front office.
